
rice raman noodle soup
A healthier, flavor packed noodle and soup dish, perfect to fill and warm you up on cold days! So easy and fast!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 Rice Ramen Noodle cake ~ $6.99 for the whole pack
- 1 tsp of Garlic ~ $6.99 4.5 oz
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce ~ $4.99 15oz
- 1 Chicken Boullion Cube ~ $1.29 for 8 cube packet
- Handful of Baby Spinach ~ $2.49 for a bag
(optional) a Sprinkle of Chili Flakes
Directions
- Start by roasting the minced garlic right in the pot until it’s fragrant, then set it aside.
- Next, pour in 2 1/2 cups of water and drop in your chicken bouillon cube, letting it dissolve as it heats up. Add your soy sauce and bring everything to a boil.
Once it’s bubbling, toss in your noodles and cook them according to the package instructions. - When they’re done, add your roasted garlic back in, then toss in some spinach, cover with a lid, and let it sit for about 5 minutes, so the greens soften up.
Pour it into a bowl and you’re good to go!
